I am very happy with the service I received from Mega Mobile Boston. I am a Kiwi (New Zealander) and had purchased a Samsung Galaxy SII at home. About two weeks before I left to come to the USA I dropped the phone. A black mark appeared and began to grow across the screen. Vodafone in New Zealand (where I bought it) said they could not fix it and I might as well wait until I got to the US. I asked around stores in San Francisco and in Boston and everyone I spoke said shook their heads and said no... I was about to give up and go and buy an unlocked iPhone 4s when I gave it one more shot and did a googe search. I discovered Mega Mobile. I took the "T" into Downtown and showed them the phone (which by now was almost unreadable). They very quickly diagnosed the problem, they reassured me that they could fix it. They got hold of their supplier and arranged for a new LCD screen to be shipped up. The whole process took about 5 days (including the weekend). I was very happy to wait given the circumstances. They charged a very reasonable labour charge plus the cost of the LCD screen which for a Samsung Galaxy SII is not cheap given the state-of-the-art technology. The phone is working fine. The service I received was very friendly and the guys were really engaged with technology. Go Mega Mobile!!

I was looking for a place with reasonable prices to repair/clean my phone. I had water damage. Found Mega Mobile on the web and took my phone there. Very friendly workers! Micheal was a great help! Got my phone back within 48 hours and that was just too ensure that everything was good with the phone! Very, very reasonably priced. And he told me that if he was unable to repair/clean my phone then they wouldn't charge me at all. Very happy with this place and will recommend them to my friends/family as well!

Dropped my Google Nexus One onto the floor causing the screen to crack all over the place. Brought it to Mega Mobile and they fixed it very nicely, even gave me a discount. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new phone or get a phone fixed.

My Blackberry curve wasn't working and so I took it here to get it fixed because I couldn't get a new phone because I wasn't eligible for an upgrade under my plan or I had to pay $400. The people here were very nice about it and tried flashing it and stuff and eventually replaced the keyboard to make it finally work! Great service and work! It only cost $40 dollars and they wouldn't have charged a penny if they couldn't fix it! Thanks!

Terrific resource for phone repair! In my case, I brought them a Blackberry Pearl with a non-functional trackball. Thought my only option was to replace the phone. But after just 5 minutes in the shop, and a very reasonable fee, I was scrolling to my heart's delight. Professional, competent, fast and fairly priced. Glad to have found them!

I just got my phone from my front office and I must say, I had my doubts when I didn't receive my phone. I realized that the UPS people made a mistake and I am so happy that I have my phone back. They are true to their word. They replace my screen and also kept in touch with me throughout the fixing. I am so glad that I found this company and I promise to refer them to my friends when they need their phone repaired and more.

Just got back.. this place is awesome. They're super friendly and know exactly what they're doing. I thought I was going to have to leave my phone for a couple days but it was fixed on the spot and for a great price. Definitely recommended.

I cant say enough about these guys at mega mobile. My Blackberry Bold broke and I went to AT&T and even though they were really nice they were unable to do anything for me. Also it is well known that getting Blackberry to do anything for you is the biggest hassel if not impossible. Anyways I brought my phone to MegaMobile and they fixec it for 25 DOLLARS!!! How can you beat that. A new phone charger cost twice that never mind having to get a new phone. These niche business are one of the most convinient services available. Also the two guys working there were as friendly as you could hope for and even ensured me that I would not be charged for anything if they were not able to fix my phone.

I know that this probably seems like a employee written review but it is not. I am just a very happy customer. Finding out you dont have to shell out hundereds for a new phone will inspire some people to write extra long reviews :)
